| Opgave als een topfunctionaris met verschillende WNT-instellingen een dienstbetrekking aangaat als topfunctionaris niet zijnde een toezichthoudende topfunctionaris. Zie artikel 5 lid 1 j Uitvoeringsregeling WNT' en best practice 'Indien er sprake is van meerdere dienstbetrekkingen (daterend vanaf 2013 t/m 2018) bij verschillende WNT-instellingen waarvan één dienstbetrekking met een WNT-instelling van na 31-12-2017 dateert, moeten al deze WNT-instellingen waarbij de topfunctionaris een dienstbetrekking heeft, niet zijnde een toezichthoudende topfunctionaris, worden vermeld in de WNT-verantwoording en moet de bezoldiging die deze topfunctionaris van al deze WNT-instellingen ontvangt worden meegeteld voor het bepalen van een eventuele onverschuldigde betaling. De topfunctionaris dient iedere WNT-instelling waarbij hij een dienstbetrekking heeft te informeren over de WNT-instellingen waarvoor hij werkzaam is, zodat dit openbaar kan worden gemaakt.
